Sanima Bank Limited has successfully concluded its 21st Annual General Meeting on Sunday, 19 October 2025.

Under the Chairmanship of Mr. Tuk Prasad Poudel, the AGM approved a 7.3685% cash dividend inclusive of tax.

Mr. Tuk Prasad Poudel, Mr. Balaram Parajuli, and Mrs. Nisha Kumpakha were elected as directors from the 21st Annual General Meeting.

In FY 2081/82, Sanima earned a net profit of NPR 2.57 billion with total deposits of NPR 225.48 billion and net loans & advances of NPR 183.45 billion, along with total assets of NPR 263.55 billion.

Compared to FY 2080/81, total deposit, loan & advances, and total assets increased by 13.09%, 11.22% and 12.70% respectively.

The bank’s prudential parameters as of Mid-July 2025 show non-performing loans at 3.01%, capital fund to RWA at 13.01%, liquidity at 30.95%, and credit to deposit ratio at 81.03%.
